Becoming Catholic (OCIA)

Are you interested in the Catholic Faith?

Each year the parish of Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and St. Augustine invites all who are considering the Catholic Church into a journey of faith as we grow in knowledge of God and his Church. This process is called the O.C.I.A., or the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults. We invite you to gather with members of the parish community and other inquirers to learn what the Church teaches. These sessions are opportunities for you to ask those perplexing and difficult questions you may have about the Church. These gatherings are for inquirers and are open to people who are unbaptized, as well as those who are baptized Christians from Protestant or Evangelical backgrounds.
